Kid's Eye View: The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel

Grade 1 and 3 students from YK Pao road-test the bizarre Bund attraction

In Kids Eye View, we asked Shanghai's students to review some of the city's most popular children's attractions to see if they really do make for a good family day out

We visited The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel. We had visited it three years before, and we both thought it was more fun this time around. The swirling colours were the best bit, but when it got darker it was quite scary, especially with the loud noises.

We didn’t learn anything and our parents both found it quite boring. The ride only takes about five minutes and it would be better if it could be made more interesting and exciting somehow. We’d only recommend it to friends who are very young, definitely not for anyone aged over 10.

Afterwards we visited Ripley's Believe It or Not, which our parents enjoyed more - read about it here.
