Donghua University is one of Shanghai’s major centres of higher education, based on two campuses; the Yanan Lu campus near Zhongshan Park, and the Songjiang campus. It's the only state university in Shanghai that offers bachelors programmes taught in English (management in business administration and economics in international trade). It also offers a convenient 15-week course in Practical Chinese for those who already work in Shanghai, which runs over three mornings per week for 5,500RMB a term, as well as intensive classes and vacation courses. There's also an application fee of 400RMB.
