Sweat it out for less with these new offers

As we approach mid-January, and those oh-so-well-intended new year's resolutions of regular exercise and keeping fit in 2018 start to slip, hold strong and take advantage of these new offers to get you back in the gym.

Z&B Fitness

To get you back into the swing of things, sleek Shanghai born-and-bred boutique fitness studio and gym Z&B is offering a 'New Year Resolution Promo' with five trial sessions for 300RMB (60RMB a session). The workout options include the likes of Boot Camp, HIIT, Zumba, yoga and more.

As for the T&Cs? The package is available for purchase until January 31 and sessions must be used within one month, it's a deal for newcomers only, and the five classes are only valid for either the studio classes or the gym.

For more information or to purchase the promo pack, add ZnBfitness on WeChat or swing by either the Changle Lu or Shaanxi Bei Lu studios.

Spinback

Spinback

Head for the (onscreen) hills at indoor cycling studio Spinback, where you can now get a month of unlimited spinning classes for 999RMB – normally priced at 150RMB per hour, the new deal basically means you only need to go ten times in the month and you're already saving yourself 50RMB a session.

With the lights down low and the music cranked high, the beat sets the pace as you and your fellow cyclists (virtually) follow an onscreen cyclist on a series routes through the countryside like some sort of party peloton, while the instructor has you up and down on the saddle for a full body workout. Got a song request? Email ahead to let them know.

The offer is available at both the Jiashan Lu and Wuding Lu studios. For more information, follow spinbackfitness on WeChat.

Having just opened a second Shanghai studio in Jingan, the team currently have a limited number of Foundation memberships on offer for the new space, costing 11,000RMB for the year (usually 14,000RMB). The membership also comes with a member pack, a heart rate monitor and up to two month's pause.

Plus, for all newcomers to F45 there's a two-week free trial on offer at both the Xuhui and Jingan studios.
