Get your crystals ready, folks. The Healing Arts Festival is back on Sun 14 for its seventh year, and features lectures, workshops and vendors all related to health and wellness from 10am-6pm at Trinity Place. Last year’s festival welcomed over a thousand participants, and this year is looking just as promising.

Sit in on any number of workshops ranging from reiki, a Japanese healing technique that helps reduce stress, to ‘energetic hygiene’, in which participants learn how to preserve their energy from negativity. All workshops are an hour long, many of which are bilingual. Other workshops include yoga, acumassage and aromatherapy.

When you're not sitting in on a workshop, vibe out to music and dance performances or check out the vendor stalls. Expect products like essential oils, crystals, health supplements, bags and jewellery and more. Food at the fair equally health-conscious, with the likes of smoothies from Lizzy's All Natural, vegan cakes, wraps and salads.

Entry is free of charge. Follow the Healing Arts Festival's official WeChat account 'ShanghaiAwakening' for more information and for a complete event schedule.
