Grab the totes: Common Rare’s latest pop-up market is going down this weekend with plenty of independent design brands and good eats for sale. This quarter’s theme, ‘Breaking Grounds’, will explore different facets of underground culture with the likes of a graffiti battle, a panel discussion from a group of Shanghai creatives and art installations, along with a lineup of 80 different brands selling their wares.

For the style junkies, the team at Common Rare is working with Urban Outfitters to scout a few of the most creative looks during the event. The top three most creative outfits (to be decided by vote via Common Rare’s official WeChat – search ID 'CommonRare' to keep up) will receive a gift from Urban Outfitters.

Taking place across the fourth and fifth floors of Modern Art Museum Shanghai in Pudong, bundle tickets (149RMB each) get visitors access to the pop-up and the museum itself, or go for a VIP ticket (119RMB) that includes delivery of a mystery box of goods including a t-shirt, craft beer from Beijing brewery Jing-A, cocktails and wine and more surprises.
