Organised with support from AmCham Shanghai's Women's Executive Network (WEN), an organisation that helps to provide senior female executive members with a platform to advance their leadership, career development and professional visibility, this year's event, that will run from 8.30am-5pm (venue still TBA) will feature three panels on the themes See Her, Hear Her and Be Her.
The See Her panel will be 'Women in the Media: Changing the Narrative', focusing on the role that media plays in establishing social norms, identities, health and well-being. Finally, Be Her will be the 'Blazing New Trails: Leading in Male-Centric Industries'.
There will also be three workshops in the afternoon: 'Closing the Pay Gap: Know Your Value, Own Your Worth', 'Digital Branding: Position Yourself for Success' and 'Mindfulness For Career Transition'.
