Will Crystal Galleria ever stop expanding? With Level 6 entering the final stages of completion, we’ve recently seen Pho Rest open up right by delicious roast duck restaurant Four Seasons. Vietnamese food is a great option for lunch. Healthy, clean and soothing. A small bowl of the Phorest Special Beef PHO (including a mix of tender beef brisket and beef balls) will set you back 38RMB, while a large costs 48RMB. The Shredded Chicken PHO is even kinder to the hip pocket, costing 28RMB for a small and 38RMB for a large. In addition to the soul-warming broths, try the mixed appetizer plate (78RMB for two and 118RMB for four), and chow down on some shrimp-covered sugarcane, rice paper rolls and a shredded chicken salad. While Pho Rest isn’t serving up ground-breaking Vietnamese food, it’s a solid and reliable lunch spot, and they’ve got a huge deck which looks quite attractive, if only the sun would return to Shanghai.
