Hidden behind a discreet door in Fengsheng Li is master bartender Naoji Oji and his dimly lit drinking den. The vibe here is a little more playful than the usual Japanese bar, but that doesn’t mean the staff aren’t serious about good cocktails. Drinks are mixed to taste and with skilled hands – plus, if you’re lucky you might get to watch Oji himself open a bottle of champagne with a sword.
